The JDWA logo actually illustrates the way we approach our consulting engagements. Behind the 4 arrows and small dot is the way we believe your toughest business problems can be solved. Most consultants specialize in one of these paths, but few are competent at executing both paths simultaneously. This is what differentiates JD Warren Associates.

	VISION
	Leap ahead to the future. Think of where you want your company to be in a month, a year, 5 years. The vision chooses the right path to that elusive dot – the end goal. Get the vision right and you’ll be able to see the “big picture” from 50,000 feet no matter what day it is or what fire you’re trying to fight.
	EXECUTION
	With the vision in place, the tasks to achieve the goal now need to be executed. Each step of the way, there are roadblocks, time pressures, and financial constraints preventing you from reaching the goal. By taking small, incremental steps, the goal is attainable. After each milestone, you can celebrate your success.

	One application of the logo is how we often perform client assignments. First, we assess the current situation. Second, we choose recommendations to solve these problems. Third, we implement the recommended approach based on time, cost, quality and scope parameters, optimized for the future state of the business.
