Middle-market Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturer

The client operated an almost entirely custom manufacturing shop, for which few packaged solutions exist. We convinced the client that a software package focused around the custom requirements was superior to a more generic solution. We then implemented the solution. As a celebration for the project completion, the client and Jim Warren literally “threw the old computer off the roof.” This was something that Jim had wanted to do his entire career. A video of the event was created and is used by HP in its marketing department, because the old system still worked after being dropped over three stories off the ground.

International Semi-conductor Equipment Manufacturer

The US parent company purchased a company with operations in San Jose and Europe. The US operations needed an advocate to determine how best to proceed. We spent time in both locations and determined the new business model and integrated practices. We then selected the systems. Most of the European client personnel spoke only German; Jim Warren conducted part of the meetings in German.
