Membership Organization

The client was engaged in significant internal development and needed supplemental project management and risk mitigation, which we performed. Had a ten year old computer system with reliability problems, woefully inadequate functionality and code maintained by an unreliable local software vendor. The engagement involved assessing the issues, and determining the best solution given the business requirements andthe company’s physical location. The solution involved using standard package software, which was possible after the company agreed that they were a manufacturer, not an ag company, and therefore could use standard manufacturing software – thereby allowing costs to be reduced and reliability to be improved.

Synod Office of a Church Organization

The client had a custom system written on a platform that was no longer supported. We developed an overall systems architecture, determined the hardware platform, and an implementation plan. We then served as advocates for the project with the Board and performed project management and risk mitigation during the initial phase of the implementation.
